The southern part of the bay
Accessible only by sea, this settlement offers a glimpse of South Seas life as it was before the automobile. It is a home for about a hundred local families and a small colony of foreign expatriates.

It’s an area south of Puerto Vallarta with many fine isolated beaches (a couple of which we saw) and some of the most luxurious resorts in Mexico (which we could not see).
